Scene 1 — Hospital Corridor
The red light outside the operation theatre is glowing. Amber is standing there, hands shaking, eyes full of tears.
Nurse: “Ma’am… the doctors are doing their best. Please stay strong.”
Amber nods quietly, whispering, “He has to be okay… he promised he wouldn’t leave me.”

Scene 2 — Flashback (Morning of the surgery)
Anthony tries to smile even though he’s weak.
Anthony: “Amber… don’t worry. It’s just another surgery.”
Amber: “Another? This is your second heart operation, Anthony… stop pretending. I’m scared.”
Anthony touches her face gently.
Anthony: “If I open my eyes after this… the first person I want to see is you.”

Amber breaks down silently.

Scene 3 — Waiting Hours
The doctors have been inside for 4 hours.
Amber hasn’t moved. No food, no water, nothing.
Everyone else has gone home. She stays.
She keeps replaying every moment they shared—the fights, the reconciliations, everything.
Her phone keeps ringing but she ignores it.
All she whispers is:
“Ya Allah… bas Anthony ko bachaa lo.”

Scene 4 — Operation Ends
The doctor finally comes out.
Amber rushes forward.
Doctor: “The surgery was complicated… but he made it. He’s stable.”
Amber collapses to the floor, crying in relief.
Amber: “Thank you… thank you…”

Scene 5 — ICU Room
Anthony is lying unconscious, machines beeping softly.
Amber enters slowly.
She sits beside him, holds his hand tightly.
Amber: “You fought again… for us. I’m right here, the way I promised.”
She places her head on his arm and cries quietly.

Scene 6 — Anthony Wakes Up
Hours later, Anthony opens his eyes slightly.
The first thing he sees is Amber sleeping in the chair beside him, still holding his hand.
Anthony (weakly): “You… didn’t leave?”
Amber wakes up instantly, tears rolling down.
Amber: “I told you… loyalty isn’t words. It’s staying when it hurts.”
Anthony smiles faintly.
Anthony: “You saved me more than the doctors did.”

Scene 7 — Final Emotional Moment
Amber kisses his forehead.
Amber: “Your second heart operation… and still, it beats for us.”
Anthony squeezes her hand.
Anthony: “And you’re the reason it still beats.”

Fade out with both of them holding hands tightly, knowing they survived the hardest test yet.
