Suddenly, Delicia freezes.

Delicia (softly):

She slowly places a hand on her stomach. Her face turns pale.

Shayla (annoyed):

Delicia gasps in pain and slides off the couch onto the floor.

Delicia (crying):
“Shayla… it hurts… really bad…”

Iman rushes in.

Iman (panicking):
“Delicia! Look at me. What’s happening?!”

Doctors rush Delicia through double doors. The doors slam shut.

Shayla collapses into a chair, shaking.

Shayla (quietly):

Iman stands against the wall, replaying every moment he ignored Delicia’s pain.

⏳ Minutes turn into hours.

The red emergency light keeps blinking.

The doctor finally steps out, his face serious.

Doctor:
“Are you Delicia’s family?”

Everyone stands up instantly.

Iman:

The doctor pauses.

Everyone freezes.

Doctor:
“She was minutes away from organ failure.”

SCENE 5: ICU ROOM

Delicia slowly opens her eyes. Machines beep softly.

Iman rushes to her side.

Iman (angrily emotional):
“Why didn’t you say anything? You were in pain and stayed silent!”

Delicia (weak):
“I thought it would pass…”

Shayla steps closer, guilt written on her face.

Shayla:
“We didn’t listen. I’m sorry.”

A tear slides down Delicia’s cheek.

SCENE 6: THE SHOCKING WARNING

The doctor enters again, holding reports.

Doctor:
“There’s something else you need to understand.”

Everyone looks up.

Doctor:
“This condition was made worse by extreme stress and emotional pressure.”

He looks directly at Iman and Shayla.

Doctor:
“If nothing changes… this will happen again.
And next time, she may not survive.”

⚡ The words hit hard.

FINAL SCENE: CLIFFHANGER

Iman holds Delicia’s hand tightly.

Iman (softly):
“I promise… you’ll never face this alone again.”

Delicia opens her eyes and whispers:
