Delicia suddenly grabbed her stomach, her face turning pale.

Delicia (weak voice):
“Iman… it hurts… something’s not right…”

Iman froze for a second. His heart started racing.

Iman (panicking):
“Delicia? Hey—look at me! Since when is this pain?”

Before she could answer, Delicia collapsed onto the couch, crying in pain.
Iman didn’t think twice. He picked her up and ran out.

🚗💨 On the way to the hospital

The car sped through traffic. Delicia held her stomach tightly.

Delicia:
“I thought it was just normal stomach pain… but it keeps getting worse.”

Iman’s hands trembled on the steering wheel.

Iman:
“Why didn’t you tell me earlier?!”

She looked away, tears rolling down her cheeks.

Delicia:
“Because… I was scared.”

That one word hit Iman hard.

🏥 Hospital – Emergency Room

Doctors rushed Delicia inside. Iman stood outside, pacing back and forth, replaying every moment in his head.

A nurse came out.

Iman froze.

Iman:
“What do you mean?”

The nurse exchanged a look with the doctor.

Doctor:
“There’s a possibility this isn’t just stomach pain.”

Iman swallowed hard.

Iman sat alone, his thoughts screaming.

Suddenly, Delicia screamed from inside the room.

The doctor paused.
